Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made for our services are non-refundable. The deposit is required to secure our time and resources for your project.

Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the project start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit and any work already completed.

Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have any issues or concerns with the completed work, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve them.

Exceptions: In the event of an error or mistake on our part, we will take full responsibility and offer appropriate solutions, which may include revisions or partial refunds based on the situation.
